I’m never having regular vanilla yogurt again

Serves: 1


  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tbs almond milk
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (or any flavor)
  • Pinch of cardamom, nutmeg, and saffron
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until completely creamy

Chef’s tips:

  • Use whatever protein powder/spiced u want. I went for an Indian vibe but most sweet spices work
