Veggie Omelette

This is a simple and delicious alternative to the classic…and it happens in minutes

Serves: 1


  • 1 lavash sheet
  • ⅓ cup tomato sauce
  • ⅓ cup cheese
  • Any pizza toppings you want


  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  • On a lined baking sheet, add the lavash
  • Top with the sauce, cheese, and toppings
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes or until lavash is crisp and cheese is bubbly

Chef’s tips:

  • Don’t add too much sauce; the pizza might get soggy
  • You can use tortillas, naans, or any flatbreads
